Application area of HDPE Pipes

HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) pipe uses are diverse, making them a cost-effective and adaptable solution that meets piping needs in municipal, industrial, marine, duct, agricultural applications, etc. Particularly renowned for water supply, these pipes undergo thorough testing, proving their efficacy in various scenarios, including above-ground, surface, buried, and floating applications. Apart from HDPE pipes for water supply, these pipes excel in transporting potable water, wastewater, slurries, chemicals, hazardous wastes, and compressed gases. Their flexibility and durability further extend their utility to natural gas distribution, agricultural irrigation, telecommunications, and various infrastructure projects

At Adarsh pipes India, we are proud to be recognised as one of the leading HDPE pipe manufacturers in India. Our HDPE pipes stand at the forefront of modern infrastructure solutions, offering unparalleled durability with exceptional performance with an extended lifespan of 50 to 100 years, these pipes demonstrate robust corrosion and abrasion resistance, maintaining a consistently high C’ value for efficient fluid transportation.
As one of the largest HDPE pipe suppliers, we ensure our pipes meet the specific requirements of our customers, therefore our pipes are designed keeping in mind the flexibility for varied applications, Adarsh pipes India HDPE pipes represent a pinnacle of excellence, embodying innovation and reliability in the realm of modern infrastructure.
Material Designation MRS(MPa) DesignStress(MPa)
PE 63 6.3 5.0
PE 80 8.0 6.3
PE 100 10 8.0

Clearly PE 100 has the advantage of a higher design stress allowing for higher operating working pressure. Wall thickness for a particular size and class becomes progressively less with use of material with a higherMRS and hence savings in mass and improved flow due to increase in cross sectional area. For pressureapplications the choice is usually between PE 80 and PE 100 compound whilst PE 63 would normally be used for non-pressure or ducting applications.
